I will create a personalized class to fit your groups needs whether you're interested in meditation, beginner yoga, gentle stretch or invigorating vinyasa. We will flow through yoga postures seamlessly while integrating breath work, leaving your group feeling refreshed. This price is only available for recurring sessions or local group sessions where the space is provided.
