ABOUT ME

I completed my 200hr teacher training in Los Angeles at Harmony Yoga of Redondo Beach. Thus, fulfilling my lifelong dream of becoming a yoga instructor. I teach three styles of yoga, Gentle- Yin inspired Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Chair Yoga.

 

My Gentle Yoga classes focus on bringing movement into the body and relieving both physical and mental tension. My Vinyasa Flow class focuses on one breath, one movement while flowing through different postures to stretch and strengthen the entire body and mind. My chair yoga class focuses on increasing mobility throughout the body. My chair classes are fully seated and aim to bring movement to the entire body. I am a certified chair yoga instructor through the Yoga & Ayurveda Center.

 

Meditation and yoga came into my life at a young age. I started my meditation practice around 8 years old. It has provided comfort to me through difficult times. After practicing yoga consistently for years, I decided to become an instructor. Yoga helped to heal my body and mind. I grew up with physical pain in my body

stemming from hyper-mobility. This led me to focus my training specifically on accessible yoga formats, such as chair and Yin.

 

Yoga has changed my life in so many ways. I hope to share my knowledge of the practice with others.

Certifications & Experience  
I am CPR & AED certified through Red Cross.
I am a 200hr RYT through
Yoga Alliance and have taught over 500 classes.
